At IonField Systems, we pride ourselves on the exceptional reliability of our products. Our products have historically had a mean time between any service issue of over 5 years or roughly 1,000 days of operation when users follow system maintenance recommendations. For a TipCharger, that is only changing the charcoal filter once every 3 to 6 months.

It is our top priority when there is a problem to provide our current and future customers with the resources and support they need.

We offer several support channels: we have all users manuals and technical information online, phone support, email support and on-site support. For customers under warranty or a service contract, all of those options are at no additional charge. For customers not under warranty or service agreement, we only change for on-site support. Many customers who fall into this later group ship their hardware back to IonField for repair. Turn around time is typically 1 to 2 days.
